Figure 1 RFlex example
RecurDyn/RFlex analyzes the dynamic stress and strain of the system containing both a rigid and an RFlex body made through the superposition of a mode shape. Nonlinear effects such as local deformation contact are absent from the analysis of the RFlex body motion, but the analysis can be performed on a large model.
• Use of model data made by CAD and commercial mashers
• Selection of mode and frequency with the animated mode shape for the RFlexbody
• Stress and strain mode are made by the external FEM package
• Calculated stress and strain mode from the deformation mode
• Creation of the input file for the analysis in the external FEM package for the stress and correction mode analysis
