RecurDyn/Engine has a library of basic component as crank, chain, valve, etc. for an engine. It is an automatic modeling tool to construct easily the engine system by inputting the location information only.
The user can construct the engine system by two methods. One is to import the worked model in the Crank Toolkit, Chain Toolkit, Valve Toolkit and the other is to model the engine system directly.
Step to run Engine System
1. Define the pre-global data of each part.
2. Define the global data of each part.
3. Define the number of subsystem and position of each part.
4. Build up a model by clicking OK.
5. Run the simulation.
