Rigid elements are used to define a constraint condition such as a Fixed Joint. A master node and slave nodes determine a constraint condition of the element. You can imagine that fixed joints connect the master node and all of the slave nodes.
•All the slave nodes degrees of freedom are rigidly linked with the master node.
•There is no limit on the number of slave nodes.
