A Circle To Circle Contact generates a force between one circle and the other circle.
•Two circles must belong to two different bodies.
•The action circle must be outside of the base circle.
•The contact force can be not only linear or exponential but also nonlinear spline characteristics to the contact penetration and its velocity.
