If you want to inactive the Joint element or Contact element in the model without deleting the element, you can easily specify the inactive element using Active/InActive option in the database.

Multiple Inactivation
You can select the Inactive menu by multi-selecting for entities supported the inactive function.

If entities as Body etc. do not have the Inactive menu, you cannot use the multi-selecting function for entities.
